Claudio made his racing debut at the age of 18 in karting during the year 1987. He went on to have a very successful racing career where he achieved many great things. He now runs his own driving training business, Race Driver South Africa. Through RDSA he has trained many champions both in karting and main circuit. As of 2024, he is the Team Principal of Racing Spirit and brings his wealth of experience to the team.
